Staying at the Crown Plaza in Chengdu was a positive experience overall. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown, perfect for shopping. The rooms and facilities were excellent, making our stay comfortable. However, the breakfast didn't quite meet the mark for someone expecting a more international selection, and I felt it leaned heavily towards local Chinese tastes. Despite that, I would definitely choose to stay here again, especially for the great shopping nearby.
